Manheim's current Online Arbitration Policy is Revision 3.0 (March 2009). This policy supercedes any previous policy for all Simulcast, Online Event Sale, and OVE.com transactions executed through a remote bid purchase. Buy Back Policy: Guaranteed satisfaction. Buy a Post-Sale Inspection for a qualifying vehicle you purchase on OVE.com or in an Online Event Sale on Manheim Simulcast and return to any Manheim location or participating independent auction within 14 days to receive a refund of the purchase price up to 102% of MMR.
